Privacy Policy — Game Night

Last updated: August 12, 2026
Short version: Game Night doesn't have a server. Your game data — scores, history, photos — never leaves your device and is never collected, tracked, or sold. The app shows ads through Google AdMob to support development; see Advertising below for what that involves.

What's stored, and where

Everything below is stored only on your device, using standard iOS/Android local storage. None of it is transmitted to us or anyone else.

Camera and photo library access

Notifications

If you enable the optional game-night reminder, it's a local notification scheduled on your device. The app does not use push notifications and has no notification server.

Sharing between devices

Game Night lets you share game history with someone else — for example, to send a completed game's results over Messages. When you do this, the app generates a link or a block of text on your device containing that game's data, and hands it off to whatever share sheet or app you choose (e.g., Messages, Mail). That data only goes where you explicitly send it. Game Night has no server of its own and never transmits this data on your behalf.

Advertising

Game Night shows ads through Google AdMob to help support the app. On iOS, Game Night does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, so ads are shown without access to your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and are not personalized based on your activity in other apps or websites. AdMob may still use a general device or ad identifier for basic ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention — see Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services for details on how Google itself handles that.

Third parties

Google AdMob (see Advertising above) is the only third-party service Game Night uses. The app does not use analytics or crash-reporting services, and does not sell any data.

Accounts

There is no sign-up, login, or account of any kind. The app works fully offline.

Children's privacy

Game Night does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children, because it doesn't collect personal information from anyone at all — everything stays on-device.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app removes all of its local data, including game history and saved photos. You can also delete individual games or photos from within the app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change too.
